Mid Month Report for January 2010

Lots of good news this month. First, and most important for me, I finally got a day job! In fact I got a very very fun day job. I am helping a friend run his existing shipping and receiving company and helping to develop and deploy his new ventures. The first of them is an online magazine focusing on Canadian indie music, which is really exciting for me. Second, I am taking on ten Bright Hub articles this month! I wrote an article for the Digital Photography channel about microstock photography and my editor really liked it. She asked me to write a series of articles reviewing each agency, similar to what I do here on the Online Paycheck. I have also been added to the computer hardware channel on Bright Hub. I won’t be able to take on assignments for that channel this month however, since I already have ten to write for the month. So far I have had four articles published, one more written but not uploaded yet, and I have five more to go. This includes a re-writing my Bejeweled Blitz article since the game has had a major overhaul. It is a very busy month and I am loving it.

I also have a ton of plans for The Online Paycheck that may not happen this month. We’ll just have to see how things go. That’s it for now, I am off to go write more Bright Hub articles.
